PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Vinayak Tourism LLC operates under the jurisdiction of the UAE and adheres strictly to local trade and e-commerce laws.

Currently, We Do not accept Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED, USD, and GBP currencies. Only Cash During Onboarding for the travel.

Prices shown on the checkout page will not be considered as the Final Invoice. We offer a static Price for submitting booking information to contact with client. Original Charges, Including Destination tickets like entry tickets, etc, may differ and fluctuate with time and travel conditions.

Cardholders must retain a copy of the transaction confirmation and a record of our terms and policies.

We do not engage in trade with OFAC-restricted or sanctioned countries.

All purchases made through our platform are subject to review and acceptance in accordance with UAE law.

Any dispute arising in connection with our services shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction. In select travel cases, a conditional refundable security deposit may be requested before your trip to the UAE.
