OUR PAYMENT POLICY

  • Vinayak Tourism LLC is committed to providing a smooth and secure payment experience for all customers booking travel services with us. 
    ALL CARDS AND CASH ARE ACCEPTED DURING BOOKING

  • At the time of booking, we accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc)

  • as well as cash payments in AED and select foreign currencies. However, please note that we currently do not offer online payment on our website due to ongoing technical configurations. All payments must be made in person at our office or via point-of-sale (POS) terminals.

  • We ensure that each transaction is processed securely and transparently. Invoices and confirmations are issued immediately upon payment.

Note: These policies are general guidelines and may vary depending on the date, package type, or supplier terms.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE SUPPORT (CONDITIONAL)

  • We offer currency exchange services for select international guests.

  • Currency exchange is only available to customers who book tour packages or visa services worth AED 1,000 or more.
    The exchange rate will be based on the prevailing market rate on the day of the transaction and is subject to availability.
