Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Conditions

If a booking is cancelled within 45 days of the travel date, 60% of the total package value may be refunded, provided the accommodation or activities allow it. Refunds depend on the individual policies of hotels and service providers.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure may qualify for a 40% refund, again depending on the non-refundable elements in your package.

If cancellation happens within 15 days, the booking will be treated as non-refundable, and no return will be possible.

Airline ticket cancellations will be subject to the respective carrier’s policies. We cannot be held liable for airline charges.

In case of a no-show, 100% of the deposited amount will be forfeited.

Taxes and service fees are applicable in addition to cancellation charges.

For bookings involving dynamic pricing or re-confirmed services, different rules may apply.

VISA APPLICATION REFUND POLICY

Visa decisions are entirely at the discretion of the UAE Immigration authorities. Vinayak Tourism LLC is not accountable if your application is declined.

Visa processing fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

If your documents have been processed but the visa has not been submitted for approval, you may request a partial refund after deducting a standard admin fee of AED 135.

No refunds are granted for requests made after the visa is submitted for processing.

Cancellations made after 40 days of credit card payment will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Store credits (if applicable) can be issued for future applications processed through Vinayak Tourism LLC.

Payments made are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
